How it works

Many businesses collect a deposit to reserve the date, with the remaining balance due before or at delivery (depending on company policy).

 •   $25 deposit for rentals under $170

 •   $50 deposit for rentals between $170–$400

 •   $100 deposit for rentals over $400

Include:

• Rental dates and times
• Total price
• Deposit amount
• Cancellation/weather policy
• Safety rules
• Liability waiver
• Adult supervision requirements
• Damage policy

• Arrive 1–3 hours before the event.
• Set up, anchor, inflate, and inspect the unit.
• Review safety instructions with the customer.
• Keep an adult supervising at all times.
• Follow occupancy and weight limits.
• Keep shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, and pets off the inflatable.
• Stop use during severe weather or high winds.

Once your rental time has ended our team will come and dismantle any inflatables and clean the area.
